Rob Dean is a Maryland native and represents our Maryland and D.C. clients.  Rob began work in debtor-creditor law as a paralegal in 1998.  He graduated from Georgetown Law in 2003 and is licensed to practice in the federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Rob has represented consumers in the bankruptcy courts since 2007 and has represented clients in hundreds of Chapter 7 and 13 cases.  Rob has also represented clients in adversary proceedings, Chapter 11 cases, and lawsuits against creditors for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Rob lives in Annapolis with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys running, supporting his church, and spending time with family.
